The NAWCC School Of Horology is a member of NAFSA: the Association of International Educators and is listed with the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for job training under the Trade Act Agreement and is listed with the Lancaster Employment and Training Agency (LETA). Qualified individuals may also apply for WIA.

Watch Repair & Restoration Program: 11 payments —Session 10A
The Watch Repair & Restoration Program payments after registration fee and deposit are $1,230.00 for two-week courses, $1,895.00 for three-week courses, $2,560.00 for four-week courses and $5,220.00 for 1 eight-week course. Payments are payable by the first day of each course. Students wishing to pay the entire amount may do so at anytime.

Clockmaker Program: 12 payments—Session 10A
The Clockmaker Program payments after registration fee and deposit are $1,230.00 for two-week courses, $1,895.00 for three-week courses, $2,560.00 for four-week courses and $3,225.00 for 1 five-week course. Payments are payable by the first day of each course. Students wishing to pay the entire amount may do so at anytime.

The Combined Watch and Clock Repair Program: 23 payments
Session 2010A course payments after registration fee and deposit are $1,230.00 for two-week courses, $1,895.00 for three week courses, $2,560.00 for four week courses, $3,225.00 for five week courses and $5,220.00 for eight week course. Session 2011A course payments after registration and deposit are $1,280.00 for two week courses, $1,970.00 for three week courses, $2,660.00 for four week courses, $3,320.00 for five week courses and $5,420.00 for eight week courses. Payments are payable by the first day of each course. Students wishing to pay the entire amount may do so at anytime.

Each payment is due and payable by the beginning of each course in the following amounts. Students may pay the full amount at any time.

Upon receipt of the payment agreement, the applications, registration fee, and program deposit, the School will notify the applicant in writing regarding the status of his or her enrollment. An applicant who is not accepted into a repair program will receive a full refund of the fees and tuition paid to date.

All programs are designed for 10 students per class room. For diploma program students, courses are filled based on the date of completed registration and payment. Waiting lists will be maintained for filled courses. Should cancellations occur and create an opening, openings will be filled based on the above criteria.

Lab Fees:
These fees cover supplementary materials and the replacement of disposable tool components. Lab fees are subject to change. Fees do not include lab coat, books, and tools.

Clockmaker Program Fee: $905.00
Watch Repair & Restoration Program Fee : $1,775.00
Combined Watch and Clock Program Fee: $2,580.00

Administration Fees:
Any enrolled student who is allowed to change from one program to another will be charged a $50.00 administration fee.

Refund Policies:
Cancellation/Termination Prior to the First Day of the Program
Applicant not accepted: full refund of fees paid to date.
Student accepted but cancels enrollment within ten calendar days of the acceptance date: full refund including registration fee; student must give the School written notice regarding the decision to cancel enrollment.

Student cancels enrollment for any reason after the first ten days of acceptance but before the first day the program begins: full refund minus the registration fee; student must give the School written notice for the decision to cancel enrollment.

Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Refunds shall be made within 30 days from the date the student fails to enter or leaves the
program.

Cancellation by a Student During a Program Course:
If tuition is paid in full, a refund based on the number of clock hours remaining in the program courses will be issued (e.g., if a student notifies the instructor of the cancellation with 25 clock hours of course time remaining, the total refund equals 25 clock hours multiplied by the tuition per clock hour). The refund will be mailed to the student’s
address no more than 30 days from the last date of the student’s recorded attendance.

Non-attendance does not constitute official withdrawal. Student must notify the course instructor of any program withdrawal decision. Student must complete and sign the Cancellation/Termination Form. Student who has not visited the School prior to enrollment may cancel enrollment at any time within the first three days of school and receive a full refund and registration fee.
